Working with English Language Learners

**This course MAY meet the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) requirements for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education 7.02(1) of CCR301-37 state license renewal. Therefore, we have already completed the CDE English Learner Professional Learning Matrix that correlates directly to this course and attached a copy for your reference at the completion of this course. You should be able to directly use this matrix to submit to CDE.

This course will help you learn and improve on your strategies to connect with ELL students. You will learn how to identify students knowledge of the English language and provide classroom strategies to support your current lessons for individual ELL students.
